S’moovies

Silas and Macie love these “s’moovies” and so do I!
1 C. Frozen Strawberries
1 C. Ice
8 oz. vanilla yogurt
1 C. (or more to consistency) Milk

Lemon Lush

Laurie’s Lemon Squares Deluxe recipe sounds delicious and it reminded me of another dessert called Lemon Lush.
LEMON LUSH
Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups ground walnuts

Low Fat Tortilla Chips

Did you know that you can nuke plain corn tortillas in the microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes (until crispy) and add some salt and you have low fat delicious tasting tortilla chips. So good with fresh salsa!

This is a delicious crockpot recipe.
2 T Water
1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 T. diced onion
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 lb. or 4 small skinless chicken breasts
