1 T canned pumpkin
2 T vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 cup milk
1/2 cup strong coffee, or 1/4 cup espresso

This only takes about 20 minutes start to finish and it’s delicious!
3 T olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 T cumin
3 cloves minced garlic
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans black beans
2 C. chicken broth

1 small red onion, chopped
