I subscribe to FamilyFun.com’s newsletter. It’s a great site with lots of fun things to do with the kids. Today the newsletter had a great idea for kids chores – sorting laundry. Laurie’s Lemon Squares Deluxe recipe sounds delicious and it reminded me of another dessert called Lemon Lush.
LEMON LUSH
Crust:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups ground walnuts
1 1/2 sticks of butter
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup of Cool Whip
Topping:
2 small packages instant lemon pudding
3 cups cold milk
