Low Fat Tortilla Chips

Did you know that you can nuke plain corn tortillas in the microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes (until crispy) and add some salt and you have low fat delicious tasting tortilla chips. So good with fresh salsa!

Look Alikes

Here’s an interesting project by photographer Francois Brunelle. He takes photos of people who look alike but are not related. They don’t necessarily look identical, but enough to be mistaken for one another. He’s still looking for such pairs. Do you have a look alike??

Sweet Dreams!
Fernando Ortega’s “Hymns and Meditations” CD makes a perfect naptime cd. The kids love the twinkly sounding piano, which makes it perfect for lullaby music. As a perk, Silas knew the words to “Come Thou Fount” before he was two. I love listening to the muffled-cuz-the-door’s-shut heavenly hymns coming from the children’s bedrooms….so sweet.
